Maintain guest-ready conditions (lights, sound, cleanliness, room readiness), oversee opening/closing duties, and coordinate safety, communication, and bar operations including liquor pulls and cash drawer readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with daily operations and overall business objectives for the Music Hall.
•Monitor shift labor costs, pay close attention to overtime, and complete accurate accounting close-outs of special events.
•Maintain an appropriate guest atmosphere (lights, sound level, room temperature, cleanliness, line of sight, room capacity) and perform opening, ongoing, and closing duties.
•Perform daily liquor pulls for bar staff, ensure cash drawers have appropriate change, and ensure recap forms are submitted to accounting.
•Conduct safety, cleaning, and maintenance walkthroughs; log nightly sales/operational issues; and facilitate inter-departmental communication.

Key Requirements

•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) as required by state/county licensee/certification requirements.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
•3 years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant/music hall environment.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and a point-of-sales system (preferably MICROS), plus state/federal/local liquor laws and health code regulations.
