Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Organisational Development consultant for designated stakeholder needs, building strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • •Support development and delivery of workforce, people and culture strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
  • •Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and capability development, using data and insight to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Lead and support organisational change, transformation and culture programmes, including facilitating organisational design reviews and restructure projects.
  • •Be a core member of the Coaching Academy, supporting 1-2-1 coaching and helping develop non-POD coaches and CPD events, including evaluation, marketing, and coordination.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 47,389 - 56,535 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A postgraduate degree (business, psychology) or relevant professional qualification (e.g., PG Cert, trainer qualification, or CMI/ILM certificate/diploma).
  • •Ideally, coaching accreditation with a recognised body.
  • •Ideally, accreditation in at least one psychometric instrument (e.g., MBTI, SDI, Hay, Korn Ferry).
  • •Evidence of literacy and numeracy with the ability to write clearly for varied audiences and to produce/analyse source material, information and data.
  • •Authoritative knowledge of relevant work practices, processes, and procedures, with broader sector/commercial awareness.
