Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition function to ensure requisitions are advertised effectively, candidates are reviewed and shortlisted within SLAs, and sourcing strategies and campaigns run smoothly. Own TA metrics such as time to hire, hiring manager feedback, and agency usage, while driving candidate experience and assessment methodology effectiveness through analytics. Manage reporting, invoicing, and recruiter performance, including oversight for senior hiring.
