Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist senior and mid-level EHS consultants in drafting and implementing EHS procedures and maintaining EHS legal registers.
  • •Support risk assessments and help implement environmental and/or safety management systems.
  • •Assist with preparing and submitting environmental permit applications and help liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • •Participate in environmental and health and safety compliance audits and support preparation of audit reports.
  • •Help develop follow-up action plans for clients after audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • •0–3 years of experience in EHS consulting or related fields; internships or academic projects in EHS are valued.
  • •Basic knowledge of management systems; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus.
  • •Holding a diploma as an environmental coordinator (level A or B) or as a Prevention Advisor (Level 1 or 2) is considered a strong plus.
  • •Basic understanding of Belgian EHS regulations and permitting processes; strong communication skills in English and Dutch/French.
