Job Summary

Help establish an AI-augmented, end-to-end development model as an early “seed” full stack engineer across Binance product teams. You’ll own product feature delivery across frontend and backend, integrating AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily workflows. Translate requirements into working implementations, champion full stack practices and mentoring, and continuously improve cross-team engineering and product processes from ideation through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend
•Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily workflow to improve development efficiency
•Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff between frontend and backend
•Act as a full stack “seed” to champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and scale AI-augmented development
•Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements across product, design, and engineering
