Executive Director

Oversee all school operations as the executive officer, guiding development and sustainment of an educational program to foster student achievement. Own the school budget, forecasting, and workforce planning; make financial and operational allocations; and manage business decisions to meet short- and long-term goals. Lead supervision of academic leaders and staff, build strong relationships with board/district clients, ensure compliance, and use performance and assessment data to improve results.
