Job Summary

Lead Product Analyst embedded in the Membership pod, owning analytics, experimentation architecture, and growth metrics to influence product roadmaps. Build data models and automated workflows (dbt-based) to ensure a single source of truth, identify opportunities, and drive retention and LTV through hypothesis-driven testing and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Define metrics and KPI dashboards with product, design, and engineering teams to monitor progress against goals.
•Embed with product, design, and engineering squads to influence roadmap and answer key business questions.
•Design and run hypothesis-driven experiments (A/B tests) to identify opportunities for product improvements.
•Develop and maintain the dbt transformation layer and semantic models to ensure a single source of truth for membership KPIs.
•Communicate results to stakeholders through written and verbal presentations and advocate data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements

•7 years experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science or quantitative analysis related fields.

•Ability to then present the story employing data visualization to improve stakeholder understanding and steer strategic initiatives.
•Experience translating user behavior data into specific product improvements
