Key Responsibilities

•Lead the business engagement for Aon Broker Copilot in EMEA, shaping strategy and execution to deliver superior client and market outcomes.
•Partner with brokers, executives and product/tech teams to embed Aon Broker Copilot into day-to-day broking workflows and drive adoption.
•Oversee discovery, training, and engagement sessions to align user needs with the roadmap and ensure intuitive analytics tools.
•Champion the use of AI and trading data analytics in decision-making and client servicing.
•Communicate strategy and impact of Broker Copilot to clients, carriers, and leadership, and guide teams through change management.

Key Requirements

•Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, able to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders.
•Strong background in the broking and underwriting industry.
•Comfortable working with salespeople, account executives, and brokers.
•Experience with product management or product adoption activity.
•Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance.
