Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead driver operations across Expansion markets, owning operational performance and driver supply health across multiple countries.
  • •Lead operational setup and launch of new markets and cities, covering preparation, launch planning, execution, stabilization, and scaling.
  • •Monitor and analyze driver metrics across markets (acquisition, registration, verification, activation, conversion, supply, engagement, retention, overall performance).
  • •Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring frameworks for driver funnel and market performance visibility.
  • •Lead underperforming markets by identifying operational gaps, defining recovery plans, prioritizing actions, and driving execution with local teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Driver Operations, Marketplace Operations, Growth Operations, Business Operations, Market Expansion, or a similar role.
  • •Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, taxi, transportation, logistics, delivery, or another marketplace business is highly preferred.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Strong experience working with driver or supply-side metrics and understanding operational funnels (acquisition, onboarding, verification, activation, engagement, retention, conversion).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and experience with BI dashboards, reporting, and performance analysis.
