Key Responsibilities

  • •Evolve the visual identity with the Creative Director and build scalable brand systems in Figma (components, variables, grids, templates, typography, iconography, illustrations, image treatments).
  • •Design website pages, landing pages, launch experiences, and microsites from information structure/wireframes to responsive, developer-ready execution.
  • •Partner with the Website Development Team on interactions, feasibility, accessibility, performance, handoff, and design QA before launch.
  • •Use Claude and MCP-enabled workflows to research, ideate, prototype, document, and help automate repetitive work to improve developer handoff.
  • •Review live implementations and other designers’ work, manage multiple projects with strong file hygiene/version control/documentation, and provide precise feedback to protect brand and raise craft.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in brand, visual, digital, or web design in fast-growth B2B SaaS, technology, a design studio, or an agency.
  • •A standout portfolio demonstrating sophisticated brand systems, responsive web design, and digital campaign storytelling.
  • •Expert-level Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components/variants/variables, libraries, prototyping, responsive systems, and developer handoff.
  • •High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • •Strong web/UX knowledge (responsive behavior, accessibility, conversion, performance, interaction) and comfort with WordPress constraints (Elementor is a plus).
