  • •Professional certifications are highly desirable, such as INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).
  • •Requirements Engineering certifications (IREB or equivalent) and PMP (advantageous).
  • •Typically 12+ years of experience in requirements management, systems engineering, or project delivery, with several years in a leadership role, plus extensive rail/transport infrastructure experience.
