Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in project initiation and planning to define technology scope, dependencies, infrastructure requirements, and operational impacts.
  • •Review architectural/electrical/telecommunications/low-voltage and technology design documents; identify conflicts, missing scope, constructability issues, and implementation risks.
  • •Coordinate technical review comments between TDE SMEs and design consultants, tracking actions through resolution.
  • •Support construction activities by reviewing RFIs, submittals, field changes, and revised drawings for technology impacts; engage SMEs for decisions and approvals.
  • •Support operational readiness and turnover by coordinating as-built/testing/warranty/labeling documentation, assisting cutovers/activations, and maintaining technology issue logs and status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure, systems integration, construction support, and/or project delivery.
  • •Experience supporting design and construction projects involving technology infrastructure.
  • •Working knowledge of network infrastructure, fiber optic systems, structured cabling, telecommunications, wireless, access control, CCTV, and low-voltage infrastructure.
  • •Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, or related design tools; PMP, BICSI, ITIL, CCNA, or CCNP preferred.
