Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing efficiency.
•Manage shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with guidelines and timelines.
•Coordinate the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring service levels.
•Handle the flow of damaged/not sellable products (On Hold, Consignment, products under repair) and manage packaging and stationery in IT systems.
•Support in warehouse activities for sales, ensure security and cleanliness, and optimize space in collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a luxury/premium brand environment
•Fluency in English
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work both in a team and independently
•Understanding of goods receipt, storage, transfers, and inventory processes
