Job Summary

Join an agile Delivery Team in Köln (Life & Legacy) to actively shape and evolve our application landscape. You will evaluate, commission and implement IT requirements, acting as the bridge between Business and IT to design and document workflows, ensuring structured delivery from analysis to implementation. You will help enhance our existing life insurance systems and contribute to a future-oriented platform transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Be part of an agile Delivery Team in Köln and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our application landscape in Life & Legacy.
•Evaluate, commission and implement IT requirements, guiding them from analysis to successful implementation.
•Serve as the interface between business and IT to develop cross-functional, tailored solution designs and specifications.
•Apply your expertise to analyze business, economic, and technical requirements and ensure their structured implementation in our systems and interfaces.
•Engage in a dynamic role focusing on the maintenance and evolution of our existing claims/regulation systems and participate in the conception and implementation of a new claims regulation system.

•Analytical, conceptual and organizational skills with strong customer focus and communication skills.
•Self-motivated, structured work style with initiative and enjoyment of team collaboration in agile environments.
•Experience in change processes and process optimization, with cross-location collaboration across stakeholders.
•Completed degree in business informatics or computer science, or an equivalent professional qualification, plus good knowledge of a insurance company’s application landscape.
•Strong knowledge of Requirements Engineering and experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence; good German and English skills.
