Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and ship full-stack features for the EffiGov platform.
  • •Design scalable architectures and improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Mentor and lead new engineering hires as the team grows.
  • •Collaborate with founders to define a cohesive product roadmap and respond to customer needs.
  • •Research and implement cutting-edge tools and techniques to improve reliability and time-to-market.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience shipping full stack solutions in an elite, high velocity team
  • •1+ years of experience deploying LLMs (ideally voice AI) to production for thousands of users
  • •Experience with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Next.js, Docker, MongoDB, AWS (ECS Fargate), OpenAI embeddings, LiveKit, Twilio
  • •A degree or significant coursework in a quantitative subject (CS, math, statistics, physics, or engineering)
  • •Demonstrated initiative and “love of the game” with projects involving real users, hackathon wins or open-source contributions
