Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform FEA, structural simulation, and engineering calculations to support design, development, and validation of mechanical and vehicle systems.
  • •Collaborate with Senior Engineers and design teams to define analysis requirements, load cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Conduct static, dynamic, modal/vibration, and thermal/thermo-mechanical analysis, including fatigue, buckling, and nonlinear/contact analysis.
  • •Define boundary conditions, material properties, contacts, meshing strategy, and convergence criteria; ensure proper FEA modeling practices and structural sizing calculations.
  • •Correlate FEA results with physical testing, support prototype validation/qualification, and prepare analysis reports for design reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • •Minimum 10+ years relevant engineering experience with strong practical FEA/structural-analysis expertise.
  • •Strong experience with ANSYS or equivalent CAE software is essential.
  • •Experience with Creo Simulation, Creo, and Windchill is an advantage.
  • •Automotive, defense, heavy-vehicle, or special-purpose vehicle experience is an advantage.
