Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive new business by identifying and converting opportunities across multiple entertainment sectors, and ensure renewals for existing partnerships.
  • •Consult with the Client Development team to assess viability and risk, formulate commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and see deals through to signature.
  • •Develop and manage a diverse pipeline, evaluating client needs and recommending ticketing solutions from general admission to seated configurations and capacity management tools.
  • •Maintain an active industry presence by attending conferences, networking events, and client occasions to build reputation and new leads.
  • •Own transition from signed contract through onboarding and first onsale, coordinating with internal operational, implementation, and client services teams and logging activity in Salesforce.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in business development or sales within the live entertainment or ticketing industry, with an established network across one or more relevant sectors.
  • •Comfort operating across a broad, varied client landscape and adapting commercial approach to different decision-making structures.
  • •Strong commercial mindset, including interrogating RFPs, building accurate deal models, and handling complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • •Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Salesforce experience is desirable.
