•Strong customer service mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product recommendations.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and achieve sales targets.
•Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
•Attention to detail and a genuine passion for beauty products.
• fluency in French; additional language skills are a plus.
