Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scale three engineering teams focused on security, encryption, and digital payments, setting engineering direction and delivery priorities.
•Drive end-to-end software delivery across requirements, system design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement aligned to business, regulatory, and security standards.
•Oversee system architecture discussions, interpret investigation findings, and own design decisions for complex products.
•Establish best practices and standards for code quality, security, maintainability, debugging, automation, testing, and code review across teams.
•Own system monitoring and incident response; resolve major incidents, ensure resourcing for response, and share learnings to prevent recurrence; develop engineering talent.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 13+ years of relevant work experience.
•Experience leading software engineering teams in fintech, payments, or banking technology/software systems.
•Experience developing and/or implementing web-based or mobile applications.
•Experience in requirements gathering, system design, and architecture for complex software solutions, including agile delivery management and DevSecOps practices.
•Experience in incident response and resolution, plus leadership with direct reports and talent management/coaching.
