Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the target digital architecture for logistics and oversee integration of ERP, WMS, TMS, and 3PL/carrier platforms via APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • •Create real-time observability dashboards for granular visibility across the fulfillment lifecycle and enable proactive exception management.
  • •Build reliable integrations and a trusted data foundation for order, inventory, shipment, returns, and fulfillment decisions, replacing manual reconciliation and spreadsheet handoffs.
  • •Design and oversee physical deployment of advanced automation (high-speed sortation, AS/RS, robotic kitting cells) and implement machine vision for quality control and serial number capture.
  • •Drive product/manufacturing/partner integration, including MES-to-logsistics data threads, deployment gates (EVT/DVT/PVT), partner technical evaluations, RFQs, and CapEx planning.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in logistics technology, warehouse automation, manufacturing automation, industrial engineering, supply chain systems, or a related field.
  • •5+ years leading managers, senior technical contributors, or multi-disciplinary teams across digital and/or physical automation.
  • •Experience taking automation from strategy and business case through design, integration, deployment, ramp, and sustained operations.
  • •Strong understanding of inventory movement, order allocation, warehouse execution, shipping, kitting, service, returns, and reverse logistics.
  • •Experience integrating ERP, WMS/TMS, 3PL platforms, carrier systems, APIs/EDI, workflow tools, and operational data platforms.
