Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SAP Ariba Sourcing and Commerce Automation workstreams across global implementations and S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • •Own end-to-end source-to-contract and procure-to-pay delivery, acting as the primary escalation point for Ariba topics.
  • •Drive solution design and configuration for Ariba Sourcing (RFx, Auctions, Awarding), Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Commerce Automation.
  • •Lead supplier onboarding, enablement, testing, cutover coordination, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • •Oversee integration, testing (SIT/UAT/regression), cutover planning, and hypercare support while ensuring adherence to SAP Activate governance.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementations, including expertise in Ariba Sourcing & Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Commerce Automation.
  • •Minimum 2–3 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations as a Lead.
  • •Hands-on experience with Ariba CIG integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, including procurement master data and transactional integration.
  • •Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing business processes plus tax, invoicing, and compliance processes.
  • •Ability to lead Ariba workstreams in global programs with stakeholder and supplier engagement experience.
