Job Summary

Lead SAP Ariba Sourcing and Ariba Commerce Automation end-to-end, covering source-to-contract and procure-to-pay enablement. Own solution design, delivery governance, and adoption for Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Commerce Automation integrated with SAP S/4HANA or ECC. Collaborate with procurement stakeholders, integration teams, suppliers, and security/MM/FI to drive scalable, compliant outcomes, including cutover readiness, testing, and hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP Ariba Sourcing and Commerce Automation workstreams across global implementations and S/4HANA transformation programs.
•Own end-to-end source-to-contract and procure-to-pay delivery, acting as the primary escalation point for Ariba topics.
•Drive solution design and configuration for Ariba Sourcing (RFx, Auctions, Awarding), Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Commerce Automation.
•Lead supplier onboarding, enablement, testing, cutover coordination, and post-go-live stabilization.
•Oversee integration, testing (SIT/UAT/regression), cutover planning, and hypercare support while ensuring adherence to SAP Activate governance.

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementations, including expertise in Ariba Sourcing & Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Commerce Automation.
•Minimum 2–3 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations as a Lead.
•Hands-on experience with Ariba CIG integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, including procurement master data and transactional integration.
•Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing business processes plus tax, invoicing, and compliance processes.
•Ability to lead Ariba workstreams in global programs with stakeholder and supplier engagement experience.
