Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and coordinate the unit, ensuring it meets short- to mid-term goals and customer expectations through active cross-functional communication.
  • •Implement ISO, AEO, ASME, and pressure vessel manufacturing quality management systems in the factory.
  • •Coordinate project delivery, manage risks and changes, and ensure efficient execution of customer-specific ETO orders.
  • •Own unit performance and output, including financial KPIs; set and track targets connected to factory priorities.
  • •Drive standardized work/SOP adherence, operational planning input, continuous improvement (ALPS, Lean Six Sigma, 5S), and business continuity management; support NPD/EPD.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing company.
  • •Relevant leadership and management experience to develop and coordinate a unit.
  • •Experience with continuous improvement tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, or Kaizen; GB certification is a plus.
  • •Project work experience is a plus.
