Senior Applied Scientist, Customer Growth

Lead applied science initiatives for customer growth by building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems. Design and execute experiments, analyze structured and unstructured data, and apply probability, statistics, optimization, and causal inference to improve onboarding, engagement, and reactivation. Partner with engineering, marketing, and economists, maintain scientific rigor while moving quickly, and provide technical mentorship to other applied scientists.
