Sales Consultant Trainee - Full Time

Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them to the right vehicle at CarMax. This trainee role includes paid training and mentorship so you can succeed in auto sales without prior experience. You’ll assist with vehicle selection, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications, while delivering a clear, honest, customer-first experience. You’ll also complete accurate documentation, collaborate with your team, and follow EH&S requirements.
