Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide seamless administrative support to Partners and junior investment professionals to keep the team organised and responsive.
  • •Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars, meetings, and conference calls in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
  • •Coordinate extensive UK and international travel, including itineraries, last-minute changes, and timely expense submission.
  • •Support deal and portfolio administration including Salesforce updates, working group and insiders lists, deal notes, and tailored reporting.
  • •Plan and support client lunches, closing dinners, sector events, marketing events, and team gatherings, including logistics and on-site support as needed.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of executive administrative experience, ideally in financial services, private equity, investment management, or fast-moving professional services.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, travel logistics, and expenses with accuracy and discretion.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence to build relationships and manage expectations across senior and junior stakeholders.
  • •Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with sound judgment and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Salesforce and SharePoint experience is advantageous.
