Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely quality issues reports by monitoring KPI team performance.
  • •Check test requests for completeness, ensure sufficient samples, and contact requestors for queries.
  • •Perform daily tests per standard procedures, record results, and draft reports.
  • •Prepare samples and perform mechanical and material analyses (SEM/EDX, OM, XRF, hardness, colorimetric, cross sectioning).
  • •Support one development or new test-method project per year and maintain equipment calibration/maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in a Physical Analysis or Failure Analysis Laboratory.
  • •Hands-on experience in operating SEM/EDX equipment and cross-section analysis.
  • •Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and laboratory experience are welcome to apply.
  • •Good understanding of laboratory testing principles and material characterization techniques.
