Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and optimize manufacturing processes for robotic systems, including assembly sequences, work instructions, and cycle-time improvements.
  • •Collaborate with design engineers to provide DFM/DFA feedback and drive design iterations.
  • •Develop fixtures, jigs, and tooling for novel processes to ensure build quality and efficiency for complex robotic assemblies.
  • •Establish and maintain BOMs, build instructions, assembly flow, and all manufacturing documentation.
  • •Lead robot design transitions from prototype to pilot production to scaling, using RCCA/FMEA and tracking manufacturing KPIs and quality control systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for complex assemblies and robotic systems.
  • •Ability to collaborate with design engineering on DFM/DFA feedback and drive design iterations.
  • •Hands-on experience developing fixtures, jigs, and tooling to support novel manufacturing processes.
  • •Strong documentation and systems skills to maintain BOMs, build instructions, assembly flow, and manufacturing documentation.
