Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and communicate supply/procurement strategy and align stakeholders on implications.
  • •Oversee sourcing and acquisition of goods and services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing with quality standards and compliance.
  • •Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain external networks to strengthen competitive advantage.
  • •Identify metrics, tools, and processes to optimize sourcing, supplier activities, and efficiencies, driving continuous improvement.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
  • •Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable supplier terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • •In-depth knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
  • •Analytical ability to assess supplier performance, run cost analysis, and identify cost savings and process improvements.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills to succeed in the role.
