Job Summary

Own Oracle HCM functional delivery across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion, supporting global HR/Payroll processes and taking a lead on small works deliverables. Work with multi-org, multi-currency implementations, produce functional design and testing cycles, and manage 2nd-line support incidents within SLAs. Contribute to onboarding new entities to Oracle Fusion while ensuring audit, security, and compliance standards and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and support Oracle HCM functional changes for Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS, including 2nd-line support incidents and SR management.
•Contribute to the design and implementation of Oracle EBS implementation projects (multi-org, multi-currency) and Oracle Fusion onboarding.
•Develop HCM functional design specifications and complete testing cycles, including solution design and functional specification documentation.
•Conform to service level/support agreements and uphold audit, security, and compliance standards while maximizing customer satisfaction.
•Impact assess change requests, provide estimates, evaluate current business processes, and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

•Extensive proven experience in at least 4 Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time and Labor, Recruitment, Talent, Learning Management).
•5+ years experience working on Oracle HCM/Absence/Payroll/Advanced Benefits/Time and Labor in Oracle EBS, ideally in a support/delivery team.
•2+ years experience working on Oracle HCM/Absence/Payroll/Benefits/Time and Labor in Oracle Fusion, ideally in a support/delivery team.
•Experience contributing to Oracle EBS implementation projects, including multi-org and multi-currency instances, configuration changes, and HCM functional design and testing cycles.
•Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, including Oracle schemas/public APIs, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and reporting tools (OBIEE, HR Analytics, Business Objects).
