•Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production.
•Transform requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
•Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial products.
•Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
•Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and iterate to improve usability, accessibility, and product quality.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience designing digital products.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design.
•Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
•Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
•Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows.
