•Develop and drive full lifecycle roadmaps, schedules, and quality standards aligned to broader portfolio goals.
•Assess milestones and game builds across design, creative, development, and production; synthesize feedback into actionable systems.

•Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to assess progress and mitigate obstacles.
•Strong leadership experience, including influencing without authority, building cross-functional partnerships, and managing project budgets and quality standards.
