Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide premium customer service and efficiently deploy assets by managing inventory and ensuring accurate routes/departures.
  • •Execute daily logistics operations, solving barriers to ensure smooth execution.
  • •Provide hands-on support with drivers, planners, loaders, and inventory teams.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between retail operations, 3rd-party vendors, inspection center operations, and corporate partners.
  • •Manage team of 10–15 and oversee a team over 60 employees, ensuring DOT compliance and building a culture of safety and engagement.
