Key Responsibilities

  • •Package, test, and schedule routine patches for business software when vulnerability fixes are released.
  • •Review vulnerability management reports and investigate devices with active vulnerabilities to reduce vulnerable endpoints.
  • •Collaborate with vulnerability management partners to debug false positives and gather more vulnerability information.
  • •Escalate vulnerabilities or patching operations that require exceptions due to potential user impact.
  • •Improve vulnerability observability using telemetry from Mac endpoints and assist with testing/validation of new software and agents.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 2 years of experience managing macOS devices with JAMF Pro.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in vulnerability management and patching.
  • •At least 2 years of experience using packaging tools such as JAMF Composer, Apple’s package utility, or Suspicious Package.
  • •At least 2 years of experience developing Shell scripts, AppleScript, or Python scripts.
