Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of engineers within the Engineering Vendor Management (EVM) group for assigned component categories.
  • •Drive component readiness and maturity against program timelines and project gates.
  • •Build and manage supplier capability roadmaps aligned with NPI standards, qualification milestones, and automation ramp needs.
  • •Develop suppliers to NVIDIA NPI standards, including process audits, yield targets, and reliability requirements.
  • •Manage component risk and detailed work across multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • •12+ years of overall experience including 8+ years of management experience in hardware engineering, NPI, process management, or supply chain.
  • •Ability to lead strategically and see the big picture across programs, suppliers, and organizational priorities.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • •Experience driving supplier development through NPI processes and quality systems, including process audits and reliability requirements.
