Architect and drive the evolution of customer-facing AI agents, including “Super Agents” that reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks. Build reliable workflow automation frameworks that agents can safely run to reduce manual overhead and improve operational efficiency. Lead hands-on technical guidance for LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration while ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver scalable agentic solutions.

•Architect and drive the technical evolution of customer-facing AI agents to deliver reliable, intelligent interactions.
•Develop “Super Agents” as complex multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks across the platform.
•Design and implement frameworks to automate complex business workflows that agents can reliably execute.
•Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable agentic solutions.
•Provide hands-on technical guidance and set best practices for LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration, while safeguarding scalability, security, and performance.

•Strong understanding of agent orchestration patterns, chain-of-thought prompting, and automated workflow design.
