Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end execution of Single Case Agreements (SCAs) with insurance payers.
  • •Submit, track, and follow up on Prior Authorizations (PAs) to ensure timely approvals.
  • •Communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues and move cases forward.
  • •Gather and organize clinical documentation required for submissions.
  • •Maintain accurate records across internal systems (e.g., EHR, CRM) and escalate delays or denials as needed.
