Key Responsibilities

•Rotate through different advisory teams to gain hands-on experience across advisory areas.
•Support client advisory work that helps translate strategy into practical, deliverable change and performance improvement.
•Contribute to work across domains such as operating model design, governance design, change and transformation, and analytics-driven insights.
•Assist advisory efforts in areas including procurement strategy, economic development, industrial advisory, transaction advisory, and people & place strategy.
•Participate in a structured two-year development programme with training, coaching, and a pathway from Graduate to Director.
