Key Responsibilities

•Own the B2B marketing strategy, roadmap, and success metrics with alignment to company goals
•Define and own Stepful’s B2B positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions
•Lead market and competitive research to inform GTM roadmap and sales enablement
•Develop core product marketing assets and enable sellers with compelling collateral
•Lead launches for new products, programs, and features with end-to-end rollout in collaboration with Product, Learning, and Solution Architecture teams

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in product marketing and demand generation, including experience marketing to large healthcare employers
•Demonstrated ability to define strategy and own execution, making decisions and tradeoffs to hit ambitious goals
•Excellent storytelling instincts with the ability to craft strong narratives, positioning, and messaging, translating ideas into compelling collateral for GTM teams
•Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across the organization (Sales, Product, Operations, executive leadership) and driving business strategy through cross-functional collaboration
•Bonus: experience marketing workforce or training solutions
