Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to critical incidents and take immediate actions to stop acts of violence, render first aid, and resolve issues during incident management response.
  • •Monitor alarms, cameras, fire alarm systems, access control, and radio traffic; dispatch officers, coordinate responses, and document activities for escalation.
  • •Control access for employees and visitors, create and issue credentials, and respond to policy violations.
  • •Perform patrols of facilities/properties to deter trespassing, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized conduct; enforce parking and traffic controls.
