Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation to support timely project delivery.
  • •Supervise on-site activities, monitoring progress, performing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep workflow smooth and resolve conflicts.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supply and timely availability for project needs.
  • •Enforce safety protocols through regular inspections and implement corrective actions while monitoring costs and maintaining required documentation and progress reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience in site/construction contexts.
  • •3 years relevant working experience.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials used in building projects.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills (required).
