Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess training needs across levels and functions in the manufacturing facility in collaboration with department heads and supervisors.
  • •Implement the site training strategy from the Supply Chain Training COE, including new hire orientation and onboarding.
  • •Design, develop, and facilitate training programs (technical, safety, compliance, leadership development) and create training materials like presentations, manuals, videos, and interactive modules.
  • •Maintain training governance and accurate records (attendance, qualifications, certifications, and performance metrics) to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • •Own site learning systems (including Alchemy and Redzone), track training effectiveness using assessments/feedback and dashboards/metrics, and coach a team of hourly Training Technicians.
