Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global payroll knowledge and act as the go-to expert for payroll policies, processes, and compliance queries.
  • •Ensure accurate, compliant, and standardized payroll workflows across multiple countries.
  • •Analyze monthly payroll operations and QA/audit performance data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas.
  • •Lead payroll training and enablement through onboarding sessions, documentation, and continuous upskilling.
