  • •Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and lead BIM execution on large-scale, complex multidiscipline projects.

  • •Conduct and supervise clash detection and model validation reviews; manage model integrity, data consistency, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, information technology, or a related field plus 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience with Autodesk Suite (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks).
  • •Experience with Power BI and digital twin technologies.
  • •Proven experience as a BIM Specialist, BIM Coordinator, or digital delivery specialist in AEC environments, supporting multidisciplinary project teams.
  • •Demonstrated technical leadership with strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and process improvement skills.
