Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician performing 24/7 on-call maintenance, troubleshooting, and service training for Alfa Laval equipment (decanters, high-speed separators, heat exchangers) at customer sites in the Northeast US. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergencies and warranty repairs, travel cost management, and generating on-site service reports. Requires an associate degree in mechanical fields, 5+ years’ experience, strong communication and customer-service orientation, and ability to work independently.
