Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude and provide first level support to patients, answering questions and assisting with check-in/out and payments.
  • •Schedule and confirm patient appointments, and place outbound calls to patients for follow-up tests and weekly evaluations.
  • •Verify insurance benefits and handle benefit checks and authorization for each patient’s insurance.
  • •Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes, inputting information into the system.
  • •Process repairs and assist with general office duties, inventory management, and event planning as needed.

Key Requirements
