Key Responsibilities

  • •Expedite movement of vehicles, equipment, and Class IX repair parts from receiving through inspection, staging, and warehousing.
  • •Monitor and prioritize items needing immediate attention, including hazardous, sensitive, or controlled items.
  • •Stage and stage-ready equipment for inspection, accountability, or outbound shipment; ensure items are properly tagged, labeled, and condition-coded.
  • •Verify turn-in documents match processed items and track movement status, updating logs/spreadsheets/Army systems as required.
  • •Report discrepancies, coordinate with supply/warehouse/transportation/quality staff, and assist with shortages/overages reconciliation and property accountability reviews (PARs).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply coursework preferred.
  • •2–4 years of logistics, supply, or warehousing experience, preferably in Army contractor or SSA operations.
  • •Knowledge of U.S. Army supply/property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
  • •Basic knowledge of Army condition codes and accountability standards, with ability to interpret Army documentation and resolve process errors quickly.
  • •Forklift/MHE certification (OF 346 license preferred) and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
