Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of production for assigned remote events, both remotely and in studio.
  • •Coordinate event logistics by working with internal partners and vendors across crewing, scheduling, HR, building admin, IT, catering, and cleaning schedules.
  • •Assist with reconciling remote event budgets in partnership with the onsite Production Manager and manage purchase cards and assigned budgets responsibly.
  • •Own travel logistics for talent, production, and crew, including air, hotel, and ground transportation.
  • •Provide administrative support as needed and coordinate with internal and broadcast partners on show deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the television/film production business, preferably at a network or production facility.
  • •Basic knowledge of sports production and interest in the operations side of sports broadcasting.
  • •Working knowledge of Excel and Smartsheets.
  • •Ability to adhere to tight deadlines, communicate clearly, and handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
