Job Summary

Support store objectives by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining designated store sections and zones. Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently, replenish and tidy cash desk areas, and organize the stockroom. Help drive promotions by building stock knowledge and supporting store needs. Follow SOPs, participate in self-assessment audits, and stay proactive about compliance, housekeeping, and health & safety to meet customer and sales targets.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain designated sections/zones and keep the shop floor image by folding and displaying items.
•Ensure strong housekeeping standards on the shop floor and keep cash desk areas replenished and tidy.
•Organize and arrange the stockroom efficiently to maintain stock standards.
•Acknowledge customers and provide quality service; process sales, exchanges, and refunds quickly and accurately.
•Support compliance by staying updated on SOPs, participating in self-assessment audits, and following health and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

•Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and over the telephone.
•Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately across payment methods.
•Maintain knowledge of stock management and store promotions.
•Follow store SOPs and demonstrate strong compliance and safety awareness.
•Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service, with passion for fashion.
