Job Summary

Lead logistics operations at the Kalasin Manufacturing Plant by managing logistics strategy, overall performance, and cost efficiency. Design and optimize the logistics network with Production and Export Supply Chain partners, manage warehouse capacity, and coordinate transportation with 3PLs. Support audits and compliance, run KPI-based supplier performance reviews, and coach the KSN logistics team while driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

•Develop and manage KSN logistics strategies, logistics performance, cost efficiency, and improvement initiatives to meet business goals.
•Design and optimize the logistics network in collaboration with Production, Export Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and other plant logistics teams.
•Analyze warehouse space, product flow, and storage conditions to improve efficiency and support growth.
•Plan, coordinate, and manage transportation activities with 3PL partners to ensure timely, high-quality, cost-effective delivery.
•Support logistics audits and compliance, implement KPIs for supplier performance reviews, and lead/coach the logistics team while driving CI programs and cost-saving projects.

•Strong leadership and people management skills with a can-do mindset.
•Good command of spoken and written English; proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and related logistics systems.
