Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage KSN logistics strategies, logistics performance, cost efficiency, and improvement initiatives to meet business goals.
  • •Design and optimize the logistics network in collaboration with Production, Export Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and other plant logistics teams.
  • •Analyze warehouse space, product flow, and storage conditions to improve efficiency and support growth.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and manage transportation activities with 3PL partners to ensure timely, high-quality, cost-effective delivery.
  • •Support logistics audits and compliance, implement KPIs for supplier performance reviews, and lead/coach the logistics team while driving CI programs and cost-saving projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain; food industry experience is preferred.
  • •Experience delivering Lean and/or Six Sigma projects and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • •Strong leadership and people management skills with a can-do mindset.
  • •Good command of spoken and written English; proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and related logistics systems.
