Research Engineer – Agent Systems & AI Coding Environment (Seed Infra Platform)

Build and scale agent harnesses and execution environments for AI coding and knowledge tasks, including tool integration, sandboxing, and system interaction. Develop orchestration frameworks for multi-step agent workflows and design evaluation/benchmarking to measure long-horizon performance. Improve agent outcomes through prompting, data curation, and post-training collaboration, and help productionize agent systems with research and product teams.
